At Everyday Home Comforts, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines our returns and refunds process.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any faulty or defective items. Returns are only accepted for items that are faulty, damaged, or defective.
Faulty or Defective Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or defective item, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
To report a faulty item:
- Contact us at robertmarsili@icloud.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a description of the fault
- Provide clear photos showing the defect or damage
- We will review your claim and provide return instructions
What we cover:
- Manufacturing defects
- Items damaged during shipping
- Items that do not function as described
- Wrong items sent
Return shipping for faulty items: We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or defective items. You will receive a prepaid return label or shipping reimbursement.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, including but not limited to:
- You no longer want the item
- You don't like the color, style, or design
- The item doesn't match your decor
- You ordered the wrong size or item
- You found a better price elsewhere
Please choose carefully. We recommend reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images thoroughly before purchasing. If you have questions about a product, contact us at robertmarsili@icloud.com before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances except when faulty:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)
- Items that have been assembled or installed
- Opened hygiene products (mattresses, pillows, bedding that has been removed from packaging)
- Gift cards
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned faulty item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. If you receive a faulty item and would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, please let us know when you contact us and we will arrange a replacement where possible.
Reporting Damaged Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or items:
- Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at robertmarsili@icloud.com
- Provide photos of the damaged packaging and item
- Include your order number
This helps us file claims with our shipping carriers and ensure you receive a replacement or refund promptly.
Large or Bulky Furniture Items
For large furniture items that arrive faulty or damaged:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved
- We will arrange collection or provide return instructions
- Return shipping will be covered by us for faulty items
International Orders
The same 30-day return policy applies to international orders. For faulty items, we will cover return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange the most cost-effective return method for your location.
Warranty Coverage
Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product (typically 1-2 years). Please refer to your product documentation or contact us for specific warranty information.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable laws. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
